Optoa projectors in general have issues .be it customer service or product itself. You can check reddit. I have been using Epson 3800 for more than an year its damn good projector which is 3LCD with great colors. Doesn't not pron to rainbow unlike DLP projectors. Have lense shift and decent for gaming. Check projectorcentral.com for in depth reviews.

I would stick to epsn 3800 if you want projector for movies. if gaming, then pick benqx3000i.

I think you get vertical lens adjustment with the UHZ50 but on the 45 it's fixed. But you get more lumens with the 45.
