It's really a shame that PartyBoost isn't backwards compatible with Connect+. I'd be much more likely to continue investing in JBL speakers if the new ones were compatible with the old ones I already have.

How does this compare the Onyx 4? A youtube video compares the Charge 5 and Onyx 7, and the highs sound better on the Charge 5, but it's impossible to compare bass that way. Also supposedly the Onyx 4 sounds better than the 7.
