I have my eyes on the 75" version of this sold at Costco. Steller reviews just waiting for a cheaper price. Sounds like the pefect TV for my needs but I can wait for cheaper pricing

Check YouTube for comparisons. From a few channels, this seems better. But I haven't seen any reviews from the major review outlets yet.

The other day I was at Best Buy and the Sony mini led tv were blowing me away. The hdr on them is amazing. Makes oled hdr nothing. But then again there's quantum dot oled.

Hmm comparing this to Hisense U8H. Seems like Hisense U8H might be better overall in picture quality, but LG build quality and reliability is probably better. Thoughts?

Same question.
The QNED85 appears to be similar to the QNED90. (LG refers to their quantum dot TVs as "QNED" rather than Samsung's "QLED."). Even the QNED90 isn't really good enough to compete with the LG B2, but it gets closest for use as a computer monitor or when watching TV shows. But if your room is very bright or has of lots of glare, OLEDs might not be for you.

The Sony X90K is better than the QNED90 in most respects, the notable exceptions being viewing angle and reflection handling. I have a similar Sony and I really like the interface, building quality, and image processing.

Keep in mind the QNED90 is from last year (no update for this model has yet been released for 2022 yet) and was when LG first introduced the QNED line. The QNED for this year seems to have made some improvements.

The LG QNED85 and Sony X90K were on display at both my local Best Buy and Costco so a rough comparison could be made in store although the settings are probably set to demo mode.

Additionally, according to rtings, it seems this year's Sony x90k is actually slightly worse in some respects than last year's model (x90j).

The Sony MiniLED tv is the x95k and is a bit more expensive. The X90K doesn't have MiniLED.
