Isn't this basically a C1 minus BFI?

It's particularly brighter than the C1 and I could tell in person when I saw it Monday. It has an A7 Gen5 vs the C2 A9 Gen5 (C1 A9 Gen4) but I thought the image processing looked almost identical with the C2 in person.

In my opinion, unless you are hellbent on needing 4 HDMI 2.1 ports then the B2 offers a tremendous value. HOWEVER, the support process with LG is pretty bad and they make you jump through hoops if you have any issues. I'm literally chatting with an agent because I found my C1 has a dead pixel cluster right at the top center. They asked me to purchase a product off of Amazon in order to fix it, heat it up with a heat gun, push on it really hard, and also referred me to some random Youtuber's page to put a video on and wait an hour.

Contrast that with the Sony A80J I just purchased open box on Monday and it won't turn on. Sony's support process was easy pizi. I would happily deal with Sony over LG any day. Sony is sending me an entirely new TV and switching it out for an A80K which is this year's model. And it also runs on GoogleTV instead of WebOS which I think is far far better and less ugly.

Some of this will be preference, but when you come down to it the B2 looks great. It is not as bright as a C2 or an S95B but it is $300 and $500 (on sale) less expensive respectively.

That's one of my concerns with LG. It's not the first time I've heard of their lacking support team.
Still undecided between the 77" C2 and 65" A90J. 🫤

I ordered it two days ago, was surprised it was not a deal here.
I hope I won't have to return it if I find a better deal elsewhere for BF

It's the same price in Amazon and Bestbuy , but costco has the warranty/ streaming credit advantage.

I ultimately will tend to go with Sony from now on if for no other reason than to have an HDMI freed up because I much prefer GoogleTV and it is smooth on the Sony tvs. I also have an x900h and I love that TV.

On the fence between this and C1. Very good deal. Anyone have an opinion on difference?

Both are really good. You really need 4 2.1 ports? Those two are otherwise a toss up. B2 is almost as good as the c2 so it's no slouch at all.

For me it would come down to the deal and if I can easily exchange if I lost the panel lottery. Costco is as good as it gets for that and you have 90 days to decide so I'd buy from there.

Do you suggest Costco no burn in coverage or Amazon 10% back?

Costco warranty doesn't cover burn in on OLED models. The Costco warranty is through Allstate. This is directly from their warranty page. Square trade is owned by Allstate.

"Are burn-ins covered under warranty?

Since burn-in occurs due to out of normal viewing conditions, it is not covered under warranty by most manufacturers, or by your Allstate Protection Plan."

Best Buy warranty does cover burn in.
