I have the kobo libra 2 ("7in screen) and I loved reading the entire attack on titan. No regrets here. The screens are about the same I'd say.

What makes this better than normal paperwhite? Just the wireless charging and auto adjusting lights? Do those alone make it worth the extra cost?

guys as a major survivalist, I have to say, two ways to charge (and one without requiring a physical plug), read in any ambient lighting situation, as well as how waterproof this is, AND the space means you can put on all the preparedness literature you *don't* have time to read now. This one's a winner.

Same here. Been a prime member for ever and have the CC. I return some stuff but not a whole lot. I have never received an immediate discount on any Amazon products, like the eero routers, etc… I've always had to mail it in first. I just put an old kindle in the mail yesterday. Hope to receive the discount before the sale is over. There will probably be another sale in December as well.

Anyone know if there is likely to be a sale before Christmas on this? Wife tells me NOW (post BF/CM) that she wants one. Hate to pay full freight.

Was originally going to hold out for a refreshed Oasis, but seeing as it turned out to be the scribe, I might just grab a paperwhite if it hits this price again. I just can't justify spending $200+ on the Oasis when it still has micro USB and the base model kindle has USB C now.
