I was looking to add some more racks to my garage. I have several of the Husky and Gladiator 4 and 5 shelf units that are now running between $300-$400 at the big box stores. I was checking on Walmart to see what they had available and came across this 3 shelf rack at an unusually cheap price. After reading reviews, it appears that it once was listed with pictures of a 5 shelf particle board unit, which led to some confusion when people thought they were purchasing that unit and ended up having this unit arrive instead. I compared it to another similar listed for $179.87 on their site and the only difference I could see was this one was silver and that one was black. I ordered 4 of them and they were delivered the next day. I can confirm that they are in fact the larger 77x24x72 rack shown in the current page photos. They have the same silver/black hammered style finish as my Gladiator shelves. The cross bars are a little weaker than the Husky and Gladiator shelves and only connect between the tops of the horizontal rails at three spots, but they do include 3 steel bars with bolts to connect the bottoms of the center horizontal bars together. I ended up ordering 4 more as they are exactly what I was looking for. You could order two of these and still be in for less than a 4 shelf unit at other stores. The listing says 800lbs per shelf, but that appears to be for the 5 shelf particle board unit that was mixed in with this listing. One part of the description still mentions particle board shelves, but as expected that is not what I received. The similar black shelf has the weight listed at 1500lbs per shelf, but I cannot confirm as the units arrived with very generic install instructions and no mention of unit capacities. The uprights can also support horizontal beams off both sides, so you can create more sections by using less shelves per section and using those to extend to the other uprights if you order more than one. Hope this helps someone out.

Are you talking about the crossbars that hold up the wire shelving? I have several gladiator / muscle rack shelves and none of them have nuts or bolts, everything just sorta drops together, and the crossbars slot into some pre-drilled holes with pins that insert by pinching the beams.
C'mon, guy. This is atypical and not the norm.
The deal posted here is reliable and I don't need to spend countless hours "look[ing[ around".
