I can not figure out how to get the warranty after I purchase. When I go to the protection plan part of the app it says I don't have any qualifying products.

Ordered the TV but still haven't received it. Says it's delayed though I was supposed to get it Friday. Shows it'll be shipped from a store but all stores around me are OOS. Is there any chance I'll still get the TV?

I was discouraged when the tv didn't get delivered Fri with email saying order delayed but got it yesterday afternoon. So hang in there as the box is too big for uber/doordash drivers who are used for local deliveries.

When I picked mine up, there was a big sticker with a barcode, order number, and my name on the box. So I think they weren't kidding when they told the guy "yours fell off a pallet". They already have your specific TV somewhere with your name on it, waiting for a driver to become available to bring it to you. I think the difficulty that they're obviously having getting these shipped out is the reason that they stopped offering them for delivery so quickly.

The positive side is that I think that yes, you'll get your TV. The negative side is that if they give it to a crappy delivery person and it gets broken in transit, you'll be able to get a refund but you're probably not getting a replacement TV.

I saw this pop up as available again at a bunch of places around Chicago today. Gone again pretty much everywhere I check now, although I do see availability in Hammond Indiana if anyone needs one around there.

Ordered mine at noon on the 21st as well and it was preparing until the 26th about 30 minutes before delivery. Also, they haven't taken the funds out of my bank yet for the purchase..

They delivered it this morning. The delivery guy said the store had been trying to find someone with a large vehicle to deliver it. He also said they had tons of other stuff that haven't been delivered yet.
The good news is that this TV arrived in good shape unlike the 55 inch I tried to order before it 🙂

Got this as a birthday gift for a family member. Delivery was days late, finally got here and the screen was cracked all over. Won't be able to replace it. Thanks Walmart!

My BF Walmart orders were a disaster this year.

I ordered 4 things on BF.

1 arrived in 1 piece.
2 were delivered to the wrong house and they sent a picture of "proof of delivery with someone else's front door.
The last item, this 65" TV, arrived 1 day late, however it was the 1 day in a week I wasn't home. It was at the front door for 3 or 4 hours before I got home. The box looked beat up. I opened it today and the screen was cracked all over. I've never seen a TV in such bad shape. At least FedEx will pick it up for free, but they have a window of "9am to 6pm".

Walmart: 1 for 4.
Amazon: 6 for 6.

How was your experience?
