TTI makes Hart products along with some other companies such as Hoover. This looks to be the same product like "Hoover Spotless Portable Carpet & Upholstery Spot Cleaner".

Best carpet cleaner ever! I had a large, rolling bissel but found that the handheld attachment worked sooo much better that I stopped using the big part. Think crevice tool vs the beater bar - more suction and more water/stain removal. So I gave away the bissel and got one of these. Two years ago - still going strong

Agreed. Bought a few weeks ago and been using ever since, many times already. Made my furniture look brand new again. Cleans very well
