I bought one of these when I got my ps5. Don't recommend, it's not very good. I was hoping it would be on the level of the old ps3 media remotes but it's not very useful and I still find myself picking up a dualsense for some functions.

The old girl still works, so I haven't bothered. Will likely upgrade the next time I move, but for now it fits the bill for what I need so I'll let it ride until it actually needs a replacement.

Solid remote, let's me use my PS5 for media streaming without burning through dual sense battery. Also turns on my TV, wish it had an input button for the TV though.

This remote sucks. The connection regularly cuts out, and the remote becomes unresponsive often. Maybe I got a dud, but you're better off with a stand-alone 4K Blu-ray player anyway.

Lots of TVs will let you use the regular remote to control PlayStation consoles. Worth looking into your model before going ahead and adding another remote to the collection. I can navigate a PS5 and PS3 on my 2012 Vizio with no problems.
