Because it already shows you as "owning" it through PS+. You could try going to the PlayStation store via a web browser while not logged in and try adding the game(s) you want to buy to your cart, then signing in and trying to check out.

If that doesn't work then I think the only option would be to call Sony and get them to remove the PS+ game from your account so you can buy it from the store.

I played the first game in the collection, Uncharted 4 on PS5 but the PS4 version. I then played the Lost Legacy followup game as the PS5 version. Major difference for me. Biggest difference was the 30fps of the PS4 version cannot be ignored once you experience 60fps on PS5. Also are improved graphics, faster loads, and use of dualsense controller. I think the PS5 upgrade is pretty worthy on this one.
