One of the things I was looking for in the terms is if there is a limit of only one promotional gift card that can be used per transaction. I recall in the past in the free cheesecake promotion, there was a limit of one slice per person. Some restaurants enforced the policy more than others.
Since the current terms do not mention anything about this, it's hard to believe they will not be updating the terms before January 1st after enough people purchase these, to only allow the use of one promotional $15 gift card per table.
Otherwise, I would sit down at a table for eight and tell the waitress separate checks. 😀
And yes of course, the real downer is instead of two slices of cheesecake per a $25 gift card, this is only $15 promotional credit per $50 gift card.
Something tells me there will be a better offer by the cheesecake factory, otherwise their business from holiday offers is going to be reduced dramatically as compared to previous years!

They do continue to use the name by selling a packaged Chocolate Blackout pudding at retail, which only makes it worse that it's pulled from the menu.
