40 lbs total. Four 7.5 lb weights. Four 2.5 lb weights. Two 14.5 inch bars and four collar locks (I.e, the spinning locks which are more secure than the cheaper clamp locks ). My pre-Covid price standard was to pull the trigger at 50 cents per pound. These weights are not quite there but they are the cheapest weights I have seen per pound since Covid. The handles are extra long which is important if you want to add weight. Note that I am not 100% sure that other weights will fit on these bars but it would be unusual if they did not . So if you need more than 40 lbs per arm I am not sure whether this set is — or is not— expandable with the weights you already have. I have Walmart plus so I don't know what shipping is but I think if you order another. $10 to the order it is free on regular Walmart.
