Not sure of that original price ... maybe 10 years ago. :-) Camel shows the price to be pretty level near the $2 mark ... another inflated "LIST" price from Amazon. Glad too that someone mentioned that this is for the very small 2 inch version, which is useless for my needs.

I bought these to make my own lazy mans life hack. Nobody likes making multiple trips with groceries. Chuck a pair of these in your trunk and grabbing 157 bags of groceries in a go becomes slightly less challenging.

Mythbusters did an episode on this claim. They were only able to carry 136 bags, not 157.
