I typed in a random Chicago area zip and the price shows as $101, but when I choose delivery and add to cart price changes back to $159.

Good find though for those that can get it. Excellent insurance to have for a bedroom if your central AC goes out.
What are the odds of getting a further discount when this shows up without a remote control? Lol
Update: received my unit today, and it does not have a remote control so OP was correct. I contacted Home Depot through chat, and complain that I had to pay somebody to install the unit $50 and then find out that there is no remote control so I would have to get up every time to turn it on and off or change the temperature. they refunded 50% of the purchase price back to my credit card for my inconvenience.
