I've been watching a few of these on Amazon in my cart lately and some of the 6800s have gone up $100. I'm thinking it's preparation for black Friday "sales".
I wouldn't. You get a much wider bit interface, 2 more GB of RAM, less power consumption, and a full x16 PCIe lane bandwidth with this card (very important if all you've got is a PCIe 3.0 connectivity). solid upgrade over the 66xx cards.
Waiting for a good sapphire/powercolor/xfx 6700xt model at this price. I'm starting to think that's months away tho.
I have seen the MSI 6700 XT drop to $350 so I don't think it'll take that long. Once the 6900 XT and 6800 XT get pushed down with the 7900 XT/XTX models it should translate down. This is AMD not NGreedia.

I have been watching this Rx 6700 since weeks and it has been the regular price for sometime. Not slick deal.
The OP is a staff member which is always a red flag. Any price drop, including this paltry one for $8 (3%), is a worthy excuse for promotional clicks to line their pockets.
This is not the XT version. It's about 10-15% slower than the 6700 XT, with hardware specs halfway between it and the 6600 XT.
About 3-4% better than the 6650 XT about 8-10 worse than the 6700 XT. A cheap 6700 XT goes for $360 right now. If you buy right now it's worth buying the 6700 XT. I'm waiting a week to see what happens.

6650 XT can't do anything good above 1080p due to memory bandwidth and bus width. 6700 XT or a 6700 non-xt for less than $300 is best right now.
