Chase Offers currently has a 20% cashback offer at Kohls. Max is $20. Expires 12/02/22. Can be used instore and online. Works on gift cards if purchasing instore.

This was listed under my Freedom card. Unavailable on my debit and Slate cards.

YMMV as always with these credit card offers.

Kohls usually post charge when the items ships, so it might look like you made a purchase on 12/2 but if the charge posts on 12/3 or 12/5 you wont get it, so best bet is in store purchase, or order something off the website thats ready for same day pick up( this will also be YMMV)

Return the coat and ask to put the $ on a merchandise store credit instead of refunding back to the credit card. But see comment from Bad Boy above.

Offer never even triggered for me. Placed an order around a week ago, it posted several days ago, but the offer never went to redeemed. Now it's expired.

I did call Chase the other day and the rep stated it may take like 2 weeks to show redeemed? That didn't make sense to me.

But I did ask her to put a note on my account about the offer, and she verified that the Kohl's charge was there ... so maybe after waiting the 2 weeks I'll call them and they'll manually adjust things. I hope.

I see this offer again with a new expiration date of 12/23. Anyone know if this doing the offer that expired on 12/2 will negate this offer?

FYI If your order is split, part shipped, part PU in store you might only get your 20% credit on the part that is billed first. My $100+ order had a $25 charge for PU in store, 1st, so I only received $5. Customer service at Chase escalated it but when I called back two weeks later I was told it was a merchant offer and to contact Kohl's. My advice for this 2nd offer is to only use in store because you have no way of knowing how Kohl's will bill your purchase.
