RV plugs are commonly 120v 30A...this generator has that receptacle.
Quiet. Powerful. Great on gas.
Don't hesitate to buy.
This is a heck of a price for a inverter generator with 3500 running watts.

Two different beasts. The Home Depot has way more power (double) but isn't an inverter generator.
Meaning:
A: the Home Depot unit is way way way louder
B: its power output will fluctuate and can potentially damage your more sensitive equipment like electronics or an RV power management system
Inverter generators run the fluctuating power output of a generator through an inverter to provide cleaner more consistent power.
Because they're used for rv's camping etc and around people they're also insulated making them much much quieter. Standard generators are for construction sites and low rent food trailers at this point.
So if those are your two options, the champion is a vastly better choice as long as your needs are 4500w and not 9000w.

I was going to pull the trigger on a HD deal but your post has me reconsidering for the quiet factor. Would 3500w be sufficient for 2 freezers and a windshield ac unit? My research points to us but would appreciate more knowledgeable opinions.

Does the parallel kit give you 240v?

I was looking at this last year but it was 1700 when it first came out so I went with the Costco Firman. I wish I had waited.
