UPDATE: Capital One Shopping has actually updated the cashback offer from 90% to 100% now! Now the total price is $0.00 after cashback!!! WOW! Too bad I already ordered at 90%

What makes this a slick deal is using the Capital One Shopping app or extension, which is offering a whopping 90% cash back! That brings down the cost to roughly $8.07.
If using PayPal for purchase, I think it brings it down another 1%. Other cards may offer even more cash back.
Purchase must be made with the Capital One Shopping app (or extension) active. It DOES NOT require a Capital One card. Anyone can sign up for an account for free.
I used the app, so I just launch it and searched for NordVPN. Once you select them, it loads their webpage and you submit your order within that app.
Within 48 hrs you should receive a confirmation email from Capital One Shopping indicating your cash back amount as pending. Usually takes about 60 days to get the cash back.
You have 30 days risk free to cancel with NordVPN if you do not receive your cash back confirmation email.

Do NOT use the SD Extension. Users are reporting that it doesn't work for the 100% cashback.

"Capital One Shopping" shows me 90% cash back, and that's what they gave me too.
If I go into "Capital One Offers", it shows the same deal at 90% cash back, so sorry I don't know where you're looking to see only 45%.
If you use the "Capital One Shopping" app it will for sure show you 90% because it stays on the screen during the whole process of ordering and checking out.
