No, Their customer service is not US based, they have no system as customer care, in their business money 1st. I had the same issue and i had to struggle with multiple e mail, calls to get my 60$ refund .

That’s what I thought,. I guess if you want AT&T Network coverage, the better Black Friday deals are elsewhere at Red Pocket Mobile or Boost Mobile for now.

T-Mobile is slow... At home I get 15-100Mbps on Verizon. 0.10-5Mbps on T-Mobile.

How long can you wait to activate the service? My current T-Mobile prepaid plan doesn't run out until mid-January. Can I buy the Black Friday $10/month Ultra Mobile deal [ultramobile.com] now and wait until early January to activate and port my number?
