Decent game. It is not nearly as good as the previous couple of Far Cry games, but it is still pretty fun.

I agree with you 100%. This is my least favorite Far Cry game of the entire series. I have played them all. If anyone wants my opinion of how I would rank each game (including DLC) just ask. $10 is still not worth it in my opinion. What a strange way to end the game too. Just saying.

I can't for the life of me understand how you go through every part of this game and liberate everything in 35 to 40 hours. I've probably put that amount of time into it and I feel like I just started

Yeah, definitely a lot less interesting than 4 and 5, and less immersive as well. Some cool elements, but, definitely felt like more of a grind and less story driven than the previous games.

But for $10, if you like Far Cry, its still decently fun. But probably the first one I can think of where I didnt go completionist with missions and rushed through the story instead.

Loved the game and I think you can reset the bases to recapture now. I thought it was easy to play and nice to look at, that's all that matters to me. I haven't gone back to try recapture bases, got sidetracked with Tiny Tina, CP77 and F5 Horizon. It's one of those games I don't mind paying retail if I can milk it out in the slow lane. Ten bucks is a steal.
