For anyone curious about converted Gold:
Allow all your Gold and GP subscriptions to completely expire
Buy 3x 12-month Gold digital codes for $60 apiece [bestbuy.com] ($180 total)
Apply all three codes using your console or the website, declining any offers for additional/bonus time. This should result in 36 months of Gold on your account.
Use this site [xbox.com] to convert all that Gold time to Game Pass Ultimate for $1.
After credit card/BB rewards, it ends up being a little less than $5/mo for 3 years of GPU. It's possible to buy smaller chunks of Gold time and convert them if you don't want to pay $180 up front. 3 years just locks you in for the longest available time.

Yes, you can do it multiple times. I've personally done it twice, and I've seen dozens of people on Reddit and SD saying the same.

You CAN add Xbox Live Gold on top of an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription but DON'T get the 12 month Xbox Live Gold membership as it only converts to 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate. Unless it is super cheap.

Generally the best bang for buck is the 1 month or 3 month Xbox Live Gold, if you have an active membership (just due to their conversion ratios).

Yes and no. You need to get up to 36 months of regular gold AND then use a 1 month gpu code for it to convert, to my knowledge.

This is a pretty solid deal. I like a game pass deal between 20-25 for 3 months so it kinda fares well. I try to keep myself topped off at 3 years at all times to make sure I hedge against price increases. It's gonna happen eventually

Not a good deal. The 3 month Xbox Live Gold cards have historically gone for ~$6 which you can convert to 50 days of Game Pass Ultimate.

Below is technically a "better" deal (though still not that great):

Non-stackable, I just bought a year of one month codes for $26 on eBay. $2.17 a month. It works really good for me because I only play my Xbox for about a day to a week at a time and then I won't play again for a couple months.

Do u need ultimate? I found out recently that if u have power up membership with gamestop u can use your monthly coupon code on game pass subs. So would make 10dollar game pass or pc gamepass 5 dollars a month. Granted u need to pay 15 for the power up rewards.
