BH's return policy is a tad confusing for computers. It says there's an extended window period for the holidays but it also says the usual rules for return apply. So I can't open and use it and then return it if I don't like it? And if there's a fault/flaw from the OEM in build quality, I can still be charged the 15% restocking fee?

I've used BH in the past but not for computers.

What kind of work? Does it make much of a difference? I never felt like I needed to upgrade my CPU on my desktop it's a 6700K (base clock 4GHz) and now laptop CPUs seem to be better than that these days. But I just do programming.

Also can anyone please give some info on why I can't post anything about the AMD Pro version from eBay here? The moderator said the merchant is banned. Can someone say why and if that means I should not purchase from them? I cannot afford the time to do returns so please say.
