Was 299 just for console, now they including the game which is around 47. Best Buy has same deal and I assume Amazon will be right behind.

Can you sell the Mario Kart code? I already have it on digital, and I'm buying a switch for the kids for xmas. (and upgrading to a family subscription, so they would have access to it)

Yes, the code comes on a little card that can be sold on eBay. The activation is NOT tied to the Switch in the same box. Game code seems to be going for around $40.
