I too was unable to view the product detail page, but WAS able to add the Type I at $69.99 to my cart from the "list" view and complete the purchase for in-store pickup.

I tried Lowe's near my home and the price was $115 then I tried another store in the next town and it was $68.98. I got one at that price. So, you need to check different stores for the sale price.

I see deals on both Type I and II ladders, but unfortunately not on Type IA. There's a big step up in quality to a Type IA, but there's also a big step up in price.
