Got tricked into buying this game because people on here said it was good. It's terrible.

I'm a fan of the series but this newest game didn't really scratch the itch. If you're on the fence, there is a demo available in the e-shop.

Agree. Not worth $29. Maybe $19. It's not as fun or challenging as its predecessors and very short. I finished in a collective few hours. But might be good for younger kids who've outgrown the kindergarten type titles but still not ready for full blown Mario type games.

Does this game so lower than this? This might be the lowest I've seen it…

Just curious, what would your progression list be? i.e. what games should I get them started on before they can handle something like Mario Odyssey?

I'd recommend the Kirby series if you're looking for something a bit more approachable than Mario Odyssey on the Switch. Pokémon is also great if you want to slip in some reading practice while they're playing games.

I have 3 kids, two 6yo and a 4yo......ALL they play now is the Kirby Games. Forgotten land, Star Allies, the sweets one, and a free battle one from the e-shop. I dunno why, they just love them all.

I love this game 🤣 the main story line is short but there's lots of replay ability to beat all the missions. And the missions can get pretty hard. I love that it's beautiful, fun, cleaver and works my response and logic muscles. IMO it's a great game to play while enjoying some coffee – you can take sips every time it speeds up ☕️ haha

And then for reference my other favorite game is Tetris. If you like games where you are battling yourself and trying to get a high score, I think you'll thinks game.

LEGO games. They usually aren't punishing if you do something wrong. My boy loved LEGO Worlds when he was first starting out. Also, Yoshi's Crafted World has an easier mode for those just starting out on platformers.
