FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

If the code is already added you will see the following on Desktop on the right hand side for both Physical and Digital Apple Cards:
  • Apple Promo
For the Physical Apple Card you will see "$15 credit with $100 or more" under the quantity above the gift options.

APPLEDEAL is for physical gift card
APPLEDIGITAL is for egift card
