FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

Well, looks like Apple digital and physical cards don't work for me either. I should have grabbed the physical card at midnight. Oh well.

Took about 40 minutes and was transferred 3x, but eventually call was elevated to a supervisor who credited me with amazon gift card while on the phone with him - full balance of what was deducted mistakenly.

Yes it let you to purchase more than once and still showed "Apple Offer", however you'll only receive one credit. I've tried that on previous offer which limited to one credit.
