The Apple digital card code isn't working either. Been on a chat with Amazon associate who's been kicking the ball around different departments, and it's the first time I had such terrible shopping experience with Amazon.

EDIT: Saw other post saying it doesn't require promo code and the checkout page will display "Apple promo". That did work for me, though unsure if promotional credit was actually delivered.

There's a post a few pages back which explains. What you'll see when checking out is "Apple Promo" on the right of the checkout page. You don't have to use the coupon, it is applied automatically.

It seems the Apple GC only works with the physical version :-(
When I try with the digital version, no bonus showed on checkout, and getting a message: "promo code code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase".

Yes, looks like Apple digital is dead. I was able to get $900 of Apple GCs with friends / family accounts before the digital one stopped working and one last order for the digital one was cancelled by Amazon. Will need to make sure all the credits for the orders come thru...
