This is akin to the super popular FP deal from a couple of months ago. However, that was XE4 with DDR4 RAM and this is XE5 with DDR5 RAM.
I've linked the previous deal as well as most questions might be answered from there.

Also, it's Gigabyte and if you're in the US, probably not good customer support if something goes wrong.

I got the Legion 5 Pro with 5800H and 3070 for $30 less. A lot of people say the Legion is still better. I dunno?

It's QHD so 300-nits would be a minimum.
Not sure about the exact number but my lucky guess would be 350-nits.

Hopefully someone can verify this.

The Legion 5 Pro is tempting. The only thing preventing me from pulling the trigger is the Intel processor seems to be better overall for productivity purposes which I need.

Weird, it says XE4

Edit: it also has xe5 in the product code. I copped, dont see prices getting much better for BF.

Anyone knows how many memory slots it has?

Edit: nvm. 2 slots.

Review says battery life is only 1h20m on battery saver mode and only 25m on turbo. Maybe just a fluke. But 2 of the 3 reviews complained about battery.

Anyone who is thinking about buying this laptop should reconsider. Although the graphics card is technically fine and will perform well, it has an extremely low power limit for a 3070 ti. "Supports NVIDIA Max-Q Technologies:"

Agreed, gigabyte did an actual good job of supplying this gpu with proper wattage. Max-Q comment (no offense) conflicts with all other research I've done on this model laptop.
