Email Alerts Not Working

Good morning! I have not received an email alert since 8:19am ET, however, I am receiving deal alerts over "Notifications (Private)" on the website.

Good morning. I don't see anything obvious on our end that would be stopping you from receiving your deal alerts via email. Have you checked your spam folder?

It looks like it is sporadic, I have received 9 deal notifications on the website since 11:59am ET, but only been emailed about 2 of them.

I checked my spam folder and found nothing and also double checked I had email alerts enabled on all my alerts.

There was an issue with some Deal Alert events not processing this morning, but they should be back again. Let me know if you are still having issues.

I have not received an alert after 1:49 AM ET. The time of the last one I received was 10:49 PM PT.

Update: Perhaps my alert got paused. I have resumed it and now I am receiving alerts.

For the benefit of me and others that find this and have had the same problem, how do I find the deals that I missed? Do I go to the Hot Deals forum and look for the deals with more than a couple of up votes?

Since that request for assistance has not been satisfied I assume there is no interest in any further feedback from me. The problem still exists.
