I have a Logitech - G PRO Wired Surround Sound Gaming Headset I bought 3 years ago and like very much. But I lost the microphone and if I'm going to spend $30-40 just to replace the microphone, I may as well just get a new headset.

In terms of audio and comfort, the Sennheiser one is certainly better (for someone that has a smallish head, may be different if you have a larger head)
I can't remember how the mic quality was on the Logitech one as I used it only a few times at a PC cafe but I had no complaints regarding the PC37X mic, definitely one of the clearer ones for all "gaming" branded headsets
