I personally am waiting for the PC version to go on sale. Hate to double dip but if I'm going to spend 20 hours in San Andreas now, I need the ability for the HUD to be removed. The game looks very nice to have permanent stickers on the screen.

60fps modes on next gen consoles have been significantly improved with some drops into the 50s only during tank rampages and certain cutscenes.
Most of the collision and crashing issues have been fixed.
Rain has been improved.
Fog has been added when you reach a certain height, its not perfect but its somewhat better.
Some improvement to texture spelling but the overall issue with with them being plain and generic is still there.
Issues with grass and ground clutter not sitting correctly is still present.
Sand and grass being "too shiney" in vice city is still present.
No improvement to character models (Theyre beyond saving at this point)"
