I like it - gave myself 5 haircuts since and it's great for nose/ear hair trimming. I am not using it as a beard trimmer. I agree with a previous commenter that power button is sensitive and the placement causes accidental powering off, but it does not bother me that much. This unit is WAY better than my corded conair hair trimmer that I got 20 years ago and I had to start using again during covid
