Ordered this last time before Amazon run out of it. And just arrived today, easy setup if your a gamer make sure to use display port connection instead of HDMI. Enable G-Sync and is working.

144hz is fantastic. the kvm works great after updating the firmware. the only complaint is the speaker. no sound from hdmi alone. only works with pip or pbp modes.

Not sure how this one differs from the M32U other than the base, but I have been very satisfied with the m32u. It does have its quirks though. The KVM can occasionally not wake up when you wake your machine. Simple enough when that happens. You flip the physical switch on the monitor off/on. I have not had the audio issue of the other poster. I however did have issues with garbage cables including one of the ones that came with the monitor. Gsync also works fine as well over the hdmi so maybe that is an issue on this model alone. I'm not familiar with Gsync only over the DP input.
