oftentimes will not receive the rebate check or plastic card. it's like staring out of the window, mouth open waiting for the check to arrive!

Only one rebate across all those products per one home address.. last Yr I had issue . So just pick only one item from rebates ,( second rebate may not get processed).

Time waster....... got all the way with filling in credit card details only to find that the "Review Order" button does nothing. No error code or anything else.

I have better things to do with my time than to deal with this and a rebate on top!

Stainless steel exterior but not mention at all of interior?? Of course it's crappy plastic but this is misleading and JCP sucks. Their customer service and return policy are shocking (that they're still in business with Kohls around).

im guessing it is plastic inside or at least the inner lid area is plastic. Most of them are, it isnt easy to find one that is stainless steel thru the whole inside. I got one from Amazon Basics last year
