I went with the Corsair vengeance rgb for $169.99 from bestbuy for my new build. I was reading sometimes a lot of boards, even z690's, can run into problems when running more than two sticks @ 6000mhz or higher. Figured 5600 with c36 would be a safer bet for if I want to add more later on perhaps and I like the bigger rgb a bit more than the g.skill.
Not knocking op's deal, but aesthetically, I like the Corsair better.
Does anyone have advice on CAS latency/RAM speed sweet spot on DDR5? I'm getting all types of answers searching online because of the way Intel and AMD can have differences in RAM efficiency. I think I'm going to do an AMD build for what its worth unless I can find something really drastic about Intel that justifies that route.

Intel's DDR5 memory controller can usually do 6000+ up to 7000+ speeds well with stability. AMD's has issues above 6000 so getting faster than that is usually a waste of money with AMD.
