Does promo allow access to all clubs at any location? Or is membership restricted to only one club where you signed up?

They also have a deal where you pay $420 for 2 years for the Platinum level whereas the National level is like $263/year. Obviously going for 2 years the Platinum level wins out but 3+ years the National level rules.

But I guess in general is this a good deal?

Do you the difference between National and Platinum?

I think both are able to be used at any location so im not sure what the difference is

Oh so I believe you're right there's not really a difference between the two but Im more wondering about the prices, like what's ultimately the better deal.

It's almost $540 for 2 years in SF Bay Area. Still a good deal if the Buddy pass advance reservation work, I.e. 1 membership for 2 or even 3 people if you always workout together. Need to call 24 to verify how buddy pass advance reservations work.

Now they say yearly 540 (for bay area) and then say second year as free? So this will auto renew at 540+/yearly. Does not sound like a good deal.

yup, so I went in yesterday and they told me that Platinum allows 2 buddies BUT after the 2 years, it goes up to full price for year, which he said was something like $500

The national has no buddies but that price is locked in for 2 years.

they are both locked for 2 yrs

however, after they expire, you can always create another account for whatever promotion they'll have at the time.

unfortunately, those grandfather plan from a decade no longer exists ... (~$30 per year)
