Thanks for pointing this out, I had no idea.

Is this model significantly better? Or do you know what is different? I can't really figure it out.

Well the neo g9 was $1151 the other day. $1051 seems too expensive for a good deal on a regular g9 now a days.

Bad price on a bad monitor. Samsung QC is as bad as they say and the customer service seems like they're trained to give you the runaround.

Still a bad price. I bought the NEO for $100 more 2 days ago.

This monitor was $899 2 days ago and often goes lower.

This is the middle monitor between the CRG9, G9 and NEO.

The G9 is more aggressive curve and 240Hz vs 144. The Neo has tons more local dimming zones for HDR. The Neo is usually $1,400+ from an MSRP of $2,400. Usually the Neo isn't worth it, but for only a few hundred more it was.

This isn't even remotely close to a deal, why is this here? The neo g9, which is light years ahead of this, was 1150, 3 days ago.

Finally got mine. It is a beast and you need to measure your desk to make sure it fits. Didn't realize how much room you needed to get this guy in place. Clear your desk of all other stuff while setting it up.

I don't mind the curve and it actually helps it fit in the corner of my L shaped desk.

As far as performance I haven't had a chance to put it through its paces much, but it can hold a lot more open windows than my 34" Samsung it replaced.

Thought it would have issues in a multi monitor setup, but it pairs well with my Samsung 4K monitor.
