I've been eying this car stereo receiver for a while, and the deal makes this one of cheapest name-brand receiver that supports both wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (other cheaper receivers either don't support wireless Carplay/Android Auto or are from less reputable manufacturers).
Another big plus about this unit is that it has physical buttons.

Depends on what you want. I've been doing research and there are a ton of Chinese brands people seem to have an OK time with but for name brands, this Sony model has a cheaper version. The key points for this 4000 unit: wireless carplay so you don't need to plug in or get an adapter, single din so fits a lot of cars, maestro compatible to add the idatalink module that does a bunch of near stuff. If you don't need this check out the boss brand.
