The NBA is having their annual Black Friday sale on their NBA League Pass [nba.com] + NBA TV streaming subscription, 50% off with coupon code: NBA50

Offer available through 11/29.

After your 7-day free trial the price charged to you will be $49.99 for the remainder of the year. Stream Live Games & Studio Coverage, subject to blackout for local and nationally televised games, commercials are present, and limited to streaming on one device at a time. The coupon code will not work on the Premium offering.

The season has barely started and it's never been this price at this point of the year.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I am new to this, how to determine blackout games?
Basically, what is not included? Is it just ESPN game not included?

Thanks.

There is a place for you to enter your ZIP Code and it will let you know what team/teams are included. For me it tells me this:

Based on your current location, you will be unable to view LIVE cavaliers games or nationally broadcast games on ESPN, ABC or TNT via your League Pass, League Pass Premium, or Team Pass subscription (inclusive of NBA TV). Locally blacked out games will be available 3 days after the live broadcast, while nationally broadcast games will be available 3 hours after the live broadcast. Each subscription includes access to live radio broadcasts of all NBA games. Please consult your local TV and radio broadcaster schedules for where to find broadcasts in your area.

I'm intrigued by the commercial free option.

What do they play during the timeouts? A Livestream inside the arena?

You get to see the half time shows from inside the arena! I love it, you get to incredible balancing acts to baby races lol
