Good deal. The warranty link is for $500 and above while the s7 is 410 cut from 449. Do you still get the warranty?

Hi harsh324.
The 2-year extended warranty will cover items below $500 as well. It will cover items up to $1,000 and the description has been updated on the site.

Thank you

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Q7 Max for $400 and the S7?

Are these better than the Neato vacuums? I've all but almost given up on my Neato D5. Neato hasn't updated their app in ages (and newer models don't really seem worth it). And kind of itching to get a better robot vac.

The apps for Roborock don't integrate with common smart home systems very well at all. I got an S7 a few weeks ago and I'm disappointed that my $55 smart vac is integrated better than my fancy-pants Roborock with Lidar.

The app itself isn't terrible, but it's not great either - there's the Roborock official app that is quick and responsive, but not very flexible. You can also use the MiHome app and it's a bit more powerful and easy to setup, but it's got a very sluggish UI.

Thx. I don't really use smart home system units, I'm fine with opening the app. I personally never used it for my Neato, but just wish the dang thing was better -it's has great potential but just isn't there.

Maybe but it has the best app for its vacuum than the other brands. Roborock allows you to set a schedule for specific room(s) unlike others brands. Best vacuum out there, trust me, I've tried em.

I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with a Roborock. It does a really great job cleaning. I used to run my bumper-bot vac daily (for a solid hour and a half - until the battery was depleted) to keep my hardwood floors clean. I only run the Roborock every 3-4 days - it gets all the 'stuff' when it cleans.

I was a little dubious of it at first, but the mop function is nice to keep the kitchen floors looking nice between elbow-grease moppings.

Great input!

I haven't tried a ton of them, and it does seem like a robust self-contained app, but that doesn't mean it couldn't use improvement Smilie

I'm not totally happy with Roborock. My S7+ gets hung up on my very low pile carpet all the time if the mop water tank is filled. Their response to the issue was to run it with the tank empty or almost empty, or without the tank at all. What the heck kind of support is that?
