You're not suppose to always run it in max power mode.

Also sounds like you might need a new battery. Batteries don't last forever.

Excellent deal especially for a brand new unit from Dyson directly. Typically, you see these prices for refurbished vacuums. It looks like it comes with some extra attachments on top of the fluffy head and typical accessories.

Bought one as a gift for my in laws.

Same here after 1 year, lasts about 30 seconds.. Was going to buy a Amazon battery replacement, ended up getting new V10 last week instead.. Anybody looks at reviews on amazon, lots of reviews about battery life on this model..
