Just gotta say that these things are awesome. My dog is very anxious and has tons of separation anxiety. She was a rescue and really bonded with me and has a hard time when I leave. Putting a few treats into this thing keeps her occupied when I leave, and then after she gets the treats out, she is much more accepting of my being gone (I have cameras).

This thing is very tough (my doggie is a pit bull and cheese hard) and very clutch when it comes to keeping your dog happy when you leave.

I have the Starmark treat dispensing Bob-a-Lot toy but this one looks like it allows for larger treats. Just ordered one.

I don't recommend. My dog is not a heavy chewer at all and this thing ripped in about a week thus rendering it useless.

My dog loves this as well. He's gotten spoiled so he won't hardly eat without a good toy. If he's hungry he'll bring this and drop this at my feet repeatedly until I fill it up, even though he has a full bowl of food. I'm happy to do it for him. He loves all his food toys but this might be his favorite. Which is good, because unlike some of them which are a pain to load, this one is super quick and easy. Beware it doesn't last as long as some though.

Edit: By not lasting I mean the food/treats go quick. The toy itself is still as good as new after two years.

I have never seen my dog so exhausted at the end of playtime with this toy. Unfortunately he has figured this toy out, that banging/throwing this thing at walls dispenses the treat. Still a lot of fun to tire out border collie energy.
