Amazon is notorious for sending new product when they oversell. I ordered another pair of used Sennheiser headphones a couple of weeks back and they were brand new.
I ordered a Roborock S5 in Used-Acceptable condition, that came brand new and sealed. Whereas, ordered a bunch of other stuff - Used-like new that came in disgusting and bad condition. Powerbeats 3 box was literally empty (just the ear tips and charging cable). It was listed as Used-Like new.
