You can find Revision Number at the back of the monitor.

If it starts with letter L, it means it is using LG panel.
If it starts with letter B, it means it is using BOE panel.

You do realize monitor mounts are all different, right? My old Omen27 has a stupid plate that attaches to a support sticking out of the monitor, adds like 2'' to the depth, I hate it… but you know what? It has no relevance here either 😉

There's a white sticker on the outside of the box. If you are shipped a BOE/BIM code, the panel is strictly inferior to the LIM/LG code. So you want lim or lg and numbers after it. I tried last time and got the bad panel.

Great deal! I have a gsync monitor and felt limited to nvidia gpus. This will give me more freedom (hence freesync?) in choosing a gpu since I hear gsync works as well

Picked up 2 X32's with similar specs a few months ago and they've been great. Only annoying thing is there is only 1 dp and 1 hdmi.

Guess i should specify… i picked up the Dell S2721DGF for $199.00… might be worth keeping a look out for that deal again.
