I just printed my order out, went to the store and grabbed them from one of those free-standing cardboard displays in the Xmas gift area and took it to customer service.
Those people often don't know what they're looking for or where it is . And based on the timestamp, were pulling orders at 4 am on the night of Thanksgiving, so I'll cut them some slack.
I should've bought more. It's a LOT of clamp for $10 each.
