Edit: connectively sometimes goes wonky, using a P7P (not sure if is the phone,) had to put in case and pair it again.
They are not going to volume sell at $229.
Guess it will be AirPod Pro v2 come Monday on the Exchange.
The only issue he ran into was if there was a high pitched or screeching sound, he said they, "freaked out" on him and produced a bunch of static or distortion in an attempt to compensate. I did some light research into them myself after this experience and they are consistently one of the highest reviewed options for the ambient noise cancellation feature so this must be an uncommon issue/frequency for the average person to run into. My guess is that it is something that would rarely, if ever, be an issue for most users and probably a direct result of exposure to those sounds from the environment we work in. I just thought it would be relevant to mention for anyone like me that is considering this deal.
It may also be worth noting that Bose also has them listed for $250 if you prefer to buy direct from the manufacturer or are someone that likes to get an extended warranty through a Bose direct purchase:

Additional note from the Bose sale running today and tomorrow:
"Use Klarna and earn up to $150 toward a future purchase. Ends November 28."
It seems as though if you are wanting to purchase more than one pair, checking out with Klarna for the first pair will give you an extra $150 toward a future Bose purchase. I can't find any information about when that credit will be available or if it applies to any Klarna payment purchase for any product or if it will be a Bose specific credit. With that in mind, I wouldn't try to use this option to get that second pair $150 off with the Klarna credit as a Christmas present for someone since I can't tell when or how the credit would become available and it may not be in time for the holidays. If anyone else can shed some light on how that works, it would be greatly appreciated!
