You have to put it in the bag and be signed in to see the discount. They definitely make it confusing. Used a cashback site for another 15% off and Citi double cash has 4.5% back too. Everything that isn't on sale is either 25% (with 21% cash back) or 30% (with 15% cash back) off depending on which cash back site you click through.

same here - logged into mac lover account, eligible products in cart, only showing 30% off

- edit: chat rep had to manually apply promo after order placed because apparently the system isn't working as expected

a chat rep said, she will refund once order ships.
but i did not get any reference number.
Now when i checked with them again, they said only 30% off is applied.
Did you get any email confirmation about the manually applied promo code? or does your order history reflect 50% off?​

Update: original price 39$
Purchase price, after 30% off: 27.30$
Manual adjustment/refund: 5.46$

I think they gave 20% refund of 27.30$

Had to struggle with 4 CSR.

the chat rep in the transcript i saved says it'll be 1-2 days to get a confirmation of the manual adjustment. I don't yet see it on the order, but I will give it one more day to be sure. In either way, it's VERY frustrating that the promo website is still live and this is such an issue. If you go into the chat module it *should* still show the past chat history when you're logged in so that you can copy paste the chat (they will likely have saved in their system) in your discussion with them. I'll update if my situation progresses

Update - took several chats over 12 days to get to someone who knew how to actually handle the discount. 2 reps said it would be manually credited, but this last rep i spoke with said it was not done right the first few times. About an hour after the chat today I got an email confirming the manual 50% applied. What a headache! but... really nice savings....
