2022 Honda Civic ground clearance is 6.7 inches. This has a minimum height of 4 inches and wi lift up to 18.5 inches. That should be more than enough for a civic.

Arcan is a good company. Will probably be the lowest for a hybrid 3 ton jack.

Gone are the days of the Costco $100 arcan deal.

Are low profile jacks fine for general work on a Honda Civic? I need a jack to get the car up onto jack stands to get under the car to do basic maintenance. This a solid choice?

I saw this deal and it's a great price for a hybrid jack that is lighter weight. Instead I went with this $160, 100lb, 24" reach monster which has been trending around $210 since I started looking, I believe. https://a.co/d/4ZpPJiu

Update: Project Farm review is of the all aluminum version. This is "hybrid" steel and aluminum

That's the all aluminum version. The one linked in this thread is the hybrid aluminum/steel version.
