Not even close. The Pony is way better. I have it and just having the two high clamps makes up the difference.

I got my pony workbench . It's pretty solid with nice clamps but it takes longer to set up. I looked at the toughbuilt after you asked and that thing sets up in seconds. Those slots on the toughbuilt allow you to use clamps without taking off the head. Theres also a potential for your finger to get jammed on the pony when collapsing it. The pony table is super nice though once set up. The height adjustment is either useful or you feel it would eat up time setting up.
