This is the manufacturer's web site. They are now owned by Samsung. I can't speak to how good their service is, but they are as legit as anybody.

May just be my phone, but I tried it in 3 browsers now & with in none does the PayPal button work just reloads the cart.
Even when I allowed all cookies. So you have to create an account & blah.

Edit: OG edit deleted. Apparently you can control sub with low-medium-high settings from the remote.

But PayPal not working, regardless of where the fault lies stopped me from pulling the trigger.
I just managed to bring what I thought was a long dead Vizio Soundstage back to life, so good enough for now.

Edit: Also looking at just the soundbar elsewhere doesn't look like you can adjust the bass via the very minimalistic remote.
Yeah it's lame. I'm passing because of that.
